Model Aishwarya Lekshmi is selected to be one of the two heroines in Nivin Pauly starrer Njandukalude Naatil Oridavela. The other heroine is Ahaana Krishnakumar. The film is bankrolled by the actor himself under the banner of Pauly Jr. Pictures.

Aishwarya had earlier donned the greasepaint as part of her modeling career and to act in advertisements of popular brands. The actress recently told in an interview that director of the film Althaf was not impressed by the pictures she has sent after hearing about the casting call. Most of the pictures she has sent were in make-up taken as part of modeling. When she appeared for audition, the director was impressed on seeing her without make-up. This is how she landed in that role.

Aishwarya is a MBBS graduate and is doing house surgency now. The film will hit the floors by next month.
