Aishwarya Dutta the runner up in 'Bigg Boss 2 Tamil' earned a notorious name in the show among viewers due to her audacious behaviour, insulting seniors and showing undue aggression.  Viewers were also suspicious that 'Bigg Boss' show producers used illegal means to keep her from being eliminated by people's votes.

A popular Tamil magazine has made the shocking revelation that Aishwarya's boy friend Gopi aka V.V. Gopi Krishnan was arrested by police in 2016 on allegations of defrauding hundreds of people under the guise of getting them loans.  Through different companies Gopi is said to have collected upto one lakh rupees from individuals promising them loans of upto ten lakhs but scooted with crores of rupees that he collected.  His partners are said to be Aishwarya and Nalini.  In one episode when 'Bigg Boss' allowed contestants to make calls Aishwarya called Gopi and spoke to him in the presence of Kamal Haasan and also enquired about Nalini.  Aish also has the word GOPI tattooed on her ring finger.  It is also alleged that it was Gopi who used his influence to get Aish into the show so that after her becoming popular he could earn money by conducting star nights in foreign countries.

The people who have been cheated by Gopi have stated in the magazine interviews that some got back part of their amounts while others did not get a single paisa from Gopi who came out of jail after a few months stay.  The next few days are going to be sensational as pressmen try to get Aishwarya as well as Gopi to react to this shocking news.
