'Akhanda' is well on its way to hitting the silver screens on December 2. Already, the trade is abuzz with anticipation that the Nandamuri Balakrishna-starrer might secure record openings for a Balayya movie.

Meanwhile, on Monday, Dwaraka Creations said that re-recording and final mixing for the mass masala action entertainer are over. Composer SS Thaman and director Boyapati Sreenu worked hard to ensure the best possible output.

After the trailer for the movie was released more than a week ago, 'Akhanda' is expected to be about a gigantic clash between the characters played by Balayya and Srikanth. The trailer, so far, has successfully clocked 20 million views.

Starring also Jagapathi Babu, Pragya Jaiswal and others, the film has dialogues by M Rathnam. C Ram Prasad has worked as its director of photography. Produced by Miryala Ravinder Reddy, Akhanda's art direction is by AS Prakash. The film has got a solo major release. As such, it is going to open big in B and C centres. Since the trailer is good, even A centres are expected to show massive interest in 'Akhanda'.
