The employees spent a sleepless night trying to restore the app. The lack of adequate preparation was there for all to see. There was no scientific assessment of the amount of traffic that might come.

The experience has given rise to the view that Aha Video was caught asleep at the wheel. As a result, patrons who had been waiting to watch the episode as soon as it started premiering were mighty disappointed. They trolled the streaming platform badly.

Aha Video took hours to sort out things. The platform was clearly under-prepared to tackle the challenge. Many took to pirated versions out of no option.
