The team of Allari Naresh's romantic comedy, Aaha Naa Pellanta movie went on a success tour across several towns to thank the audience for the response to the film and also to promote the movie further. The hero of the film Allari Naresh, heroine Ritu Barmecha, Nagineedu, Samrat, Prithvi, music director Raghu Kunche, producer Anil Sunkara et al toured theatres screening this film in Visakhapatnam, Rajamundry, Eluru, Vijayawada, Gudivada, Tenali, Chilakaluripeta, Anakapalli, Tanuku, Kavali, Ongole, Kadapa, Prodhutur, Nellore etc.

Naresh interacted with fans and thanked them for making his film a success.

"I got to know that there are a lot of repeat audience for this film. It turned out to be one of my biggest hits.I thank you all for making it a success. "Allari Naresh said. He repeated a few dialogues and enthralled the audience in theatres. Ditto with director Veerabhadram who was elated that his debut movie was well recieved in theatres.

Anil Sunkara's team made Bindaas with Manchu Manoj last year which was a runaway success. Now they claim that this film too has done good business as there is a huge turn out of family audience in theatres for Allari Naresh.
