Jerome Salle, the director of 'Lango Winch', has said that he will proceed legally against the makers of 'Agnyaathavaasi'. This is his latest statement.
"Indian cinema has all the necessary talent and creativity for not having to plagiarize. And the silence from #Agnathavaasi team since one week is deafening. So let`s take action now. #LegalNotice," he tweeted.
He further observed that the "settlement" that T-Series and Haarika & Hassine Creations have allegedly entered over the latter's copyright infringement doesn't prevent him from proceeding against 'Agnyaathavaasi'. Jerome feels that the film has released worldwide and so, an agreement between T Series and the makers of the Telugu film won't suffice. (Note: T Series legally owns the remake rights of 'Largo Winch' for Hindi language).
