'Agnyaathavaasi' disaster: Wrong analysis by Trivikram?

'Agnyaathavaasi' came like a bang and disappeared without a whimper. It was that huge a flop. Where did Trivikram Srinivas go wrong? As per the Matala Mantrikudu himself, he was wrong in choosing the corporate backdrop. He also adds that the story itself was inadequate.
Examining what went horrible, the acclaimed director says that corporate rivalries are Business page stuff in newspapers. They are not people's problems. Nobody would be interested in what Mukesh Ambani and his two sons are doing, Trivikram explicates.
Does this analysis wash? With due respect to Trivikram, it doesn't! 'Nannaku Prematho' was a decent box-office performer. Was it all about corporate rivalries? It was about going to any extent to make the father happy. There was revenge. 'Agnyaathavaasi' was not entirely about corporate rivalries. It was about going to any extent to make the stepmom happy. There was revenge.
But it didn't work because Pawan Kalyan's character was too busy messing up with insignificant characters (played by Rao Ramesh and Murali Sharma) even in the second half. It didn't work because both Keerthy Suresh and Anu Emmanuel were reduced to caricatures. It flopped due to so many other reasons. There was no decorum anywhere.
