Rangam fame Jiiva is currently busy working on his next film titled Aghathiyaa. Billed to be a fantasy adventure and horror thriller, the film is directed by Pa Vijay. Vels Film International bankrolled the film. Arjun Sarja and Raashii Khanna are also a part of the film. The makers launched the teaser today, and it is getting a positive response from everyone.

The teaser begins by showcasing an enigmatic island and a spooky bungalow. The film's story is set against the 1940s backdrop. The teaser unveils too many strange and eerie incidents. The film's conflict seems to be the battle between Angels and Devils, set in the time of Independence.

The teaser showcases different elements that exist between the lead characters. The emotions like fear, guilt, vengeance, and others have a fair share in forming the storyline. Technically, the teaser is top-notch. Dipak Kumar Padhy's visuals and Yuvan Shankar Raja's score greatly elevated the film.

The film is scheduled to have a grand release on the 31st of January.
