Last week, Allu Arjun donated Rs 1.25 Cr to the Telugu States and Kerala for fighting COVID-19. This amount will go into the Relief Funds of the Chief Ministers of the said States.

Afresh, Bunny has contributed Rs 20 lakh to the Corona Crisis Charity fund of the Telugu film industry. This was set up recently for the aid of daily wage-earners in the industry. Thousands of them have been deprived of wages due to the ongoing lockdown.

After announcing the contribution last week, the Stylish Star said, "The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted many lives. In these difficult times with humility, I would like to donate One Crore Twenty-Five lakhs to the people of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Kerala. I am hopeful together we will fight and end this pandemic soon."
