Shraddha Das, the Guntur Talkies's much-feared Revolver Rani, has her fingers crossed. She is scared as to how the audience are going to react to her 'hatke' role that is Bandit Queen-like.

Speaking to IndiaGlitz, she says, "After Rey, I thought my career was almost over. I was really depressed because the film didn't do well after all the effort and three years of wait. But then came Pooja in Kannada. Afterwards, I got a call from Praveen Sattaru, who offered me this typical role. The kind of roles that I get in Telugu is in total contrast to what I am offered in Hindi. In Lahore, I got to play a lawyer who was covered from head to toe. In Great Grand Masti, I play a traditional woman, who celebrates Karva Chautha. In Telugu, I have sported a bikini for a role and now I am doing a totally different role in Guntur Talkies."

This March 4 is special because she has a release on her birthday. "Guntur Talkies is a birthday gift for me."

A practising Buddhist, Shraddha plans to celebrate her birthday by spending some spiritual time in contemplation.
