After Rajini, Pawan, it's time for Kamal to break promise

Others say that they will enter politics. But Rajinikanth threatens that he will enter politics. In film after film. There is another unique quality of him that makes him Rajinikanth. As he gets older and older, he is found to be doing more and more films. 'Chandramukhi', many thought, would be his last film. 'Sivaji' would be the last, many speculated. Cut to 2019, Rajini is finding movies and acting irresistibly cute. Quitting films to either seek self-realization or become a full-time politician is clearly not on his mind.

Pawan Kalyan, too, has broken the promise of quitting cinema forever. 'Agnyaathavaasi' is not going to be his last outing. There will be 'Pink' remake. There will be a Krish film. There might be more in the coming years.

The only thing that is certain about the Rajini-Power Star duo is that they will continue to act.

Kamal Haasan, too, is in the same zone. 'Sabaash Naidu' and 'Indian-2', he said, will be the only films he would be doing. But, no. He is producing and acting in 'Thalaivan Irrukindran'. And, the latest reports say that he will be teaming up with 'Khaidi' director Lokesh Kanagaraj for a thriller. We shouldn't be surprised if Kamal competes with Rajini and Pawan to make as many films as possible.

When big stars break their promises, don't get worked up. Actually, their fans get goosebumps when they don't keep their words.
