Today, it was Mass Maharaja's turn to be fined. Ravi Teja was traversing in a vehicle bearing the number AP28 4742. He was fined because the windows had black film in violation of the rules. The traffic police not only stopped the vehicle and educated the actor about the rules, but also removed the black film off. As per the rules, the star had to pay a fine of Rs. 800.
