Only a few days back, it was reported that Mahesh Babu has bought land near Ocean Park area abutting the Gandipet Lake in Hyderabad. The intention is said to be to construct a palatial house. As someone who loves to spend recreational time with his wife and children, he has plans to make the construction significantly amusement-oriented.

Now, it is the turn of Ram Charan to buy land in Mumbai with the intention of building a palatial mansion like what he has in Hyderabad. So, this is going to be bigger than what Mahesh has set out towards.

Cherry already owns a brand new mansion at Banjara Hills and the property he is on a look out for in Mumbai will be fashioned after the present one. Or even better than that. It looks like Cherry has ambitious plans to expand his lines of business in the near future. Mumbai being the financial capital of India, he has chosen the 'city which never sleeps'.

Looks like Cherry and Upassana are going to be entrepreneurs on a bigger scale than what we imagine.
