Superstar Rajnikanth is now acting in his 168th movie Thalaivar 168 directed by Siva, who had previously given his biggest hit with the Ajith starrer Viswasam which was released this Pongal. Superstar Rajnikanth - Siva movie is being produced by Sun Pictures.

While Thalaivar 168 has Keerthy Suresh, Meena, Kushbu, Prakashraj, Soori, Sathish and George Maryan in the cast, now it has been revealed that actor Viswanth, who had played a good role in Pa Ranjth's Kabali appearing in few important scenes with Superstar will be a part of Thalaivar 168.
