Superstar Aamir Khan had celebrated his birthday recently with the media personnels and announced that he would be remaking the Tom Hanks’ famous movie ‘Forrest Gump’. And has titled this upcoming project as ‘Lal Singh Chaddha’. Looks like the actor is also fascinated with the historical dramas and is currently busy with his another project ‘Mahabharat’.
Now, apart from this when the actor was asked as to which historical character would he love to play, Aamir revealed that he would play the role of Shivaji very well.“I really want to play Shivaji. I look like him. Also, I would love to do it,” says Aamir who has earlier played the role of Mangal Pandey in ‘Mangal Pandey: The Rising’ (2005). Looks like something pretty much exciting is coming up.
Aamir was last seen in Yash Raj Films’ ‘Thugs Of Hindostan’ which also featured Amitabh Bachchan, Katrina Kaif and Fatima Sana Shaikh amongst others in the lead roles. However, the film did not do much wonders at the box office and Mr.Perfectionist then took the whole responsibility of failure and apologized his fans for disappointing them. He has promised to come back with a better and bigger project.
