After CBSE, ICSE and ISC exams to be cancelled: Reports

Recently, the Central Board for School Education declared that it would not be holding Class X exams this year. Following this, there are reports that the Council for The Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE) too will suspend the ICSE and ISC (Class 12 and 10) board exams due to the pandemic.

With coronavirus cases increasing in prominent cities, the exams, scheduled for July, might not be held.

Weeks ago, the CISCE gave an option to students to opt out of the final exams. Those who had done so were awarded marks based on internals.
