Popular heroine teams with Prashanth after 22 years for Andhadhun remake?

Actor Prashanth who was last seen on screen in the movie Johnny will be seen next in the Tamil remake of the 2018 Bollywood superhit Andhadhun directed by Sriram Raghavan and starred Ayushmann Khurrana, Tabu and Radhika Apte.p
The remake rights of Andhadhun were acquired bg Prashanth's father Thiagarajan and there are reports that actors Karthik, Yogi Babu might be playing key roles in the movie.
After the speculation that Andhadhun remake be directed by JJ Frederick of Ponmagal Vandhaal fame, and now buzz is that actress Aishwarya Rai who paired with Prashanth in Shankar's 1998 blockbuster Jeans has been approached to play the role of Tabu in the remake. An official clarification is awaited, and if Aishwarya Rai joins the project, she'll be acting with Prashanth after 22 years.
