'Sharan Adyaksha' to be precise now as title has cleared the hurdle it has faced on Tuesday. On Tuesday the 45 ASMM court has given green signal for the film release on August 15.

On the appeal made by director of the film Nandakishore on behalf of producer Gangadhar and Basavaraj that objectionable portions would be cut off the judge has consented to give permission for release.

One of the songs of Sharan Adyaksha` has brought disrespect to Lord Krishna is the complaint lodged by Pranavananda Swamy.

The court ruled that for any religions disrespect should not be shown and also advised Sharan Adyaksha` team to keep up what they have agreed in court of law.

The Court has also asked the objection raising party to watch the film and notice the changes. Further hearing will be on 19th of August in this case.
