Adivi Sesh starrer Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan biopics is one of the hottest projects awaiting it's release. The film titled 'Major' will showcase the life of the hero of 26/11 seige of Mumbai. On the ocassion of Major Sandeep's birthday on 15th of March, Adivi Sesh shared a glimpse of the film and revealed the teaser release date. The teaser will be out on 28th of March. In the small clip shared by the actor, we see Major Sandeep's silhouette engulfed by the flames all around. As the screen goes black we hear his fellow soldiers on the wireless saying, "Major Sandeep are you there?"

This film is passion project for Adivi Sesh who is very much impacted by the way Major Unnikrishnan lived his life. Earlier, he talked about the project and the character, "When we were attending the 10-year memorial event of 26/11 in Mumbai in 2018, I saw a banner that was dedicated to Major Unnikrishnan, which we have replicated in the film, too. It struck me then that the character we were developing on paper was real. The incident was real, and so was the ultimate sacrifice. These things make you more vigilant towards a bigger responsibility to not only play the part correctly, but to also not lose focus of what you set out to do. The 26/11 incident forms a highlight of the narrative, but the idea is to show the world the kind of person he was as a son, a friend, a colleague and a soldier."
