Aditi Rao Hydari bags the female lead in Mani Ratnam's next

Beautiful and talented Aditi Rao Hydari who was last seen in the movie 'Wazir' will soon be seen in Mani Ratnam's flick. Seems like, Aditi who was in Chennai over the weekend for a fashion show and also met director Mani Ratnam.

News is that, this beauty has bagged the lead female role in Mani Ratnam's film with actor Karthi. This news was only confirmed by Aditi herself, when she met the media and was asked about the film, she said that she couldn't talk about one of the movies. Sources say that, Premam actress Sai Pallavi had been signed first, but the script underwent some changes and so Mani Ratnam needed a more experienced actress for the role.

Aditi is currently working with filmmaker Sudhir Mishra's 'Aur Devdas'. She is an excellent dancer and her guru is renowned danseuse Leela Samson who lives in Chennai. Aditi will be seen in a south film after nearly a decade now. She has earlier worked in a Tamil drama called Sringaram' and a Malayalam film called 'Prajapathi'.
