Reports on Friday have claimed that Prabhas-starrer 'Adipurush' will be shot in Hyderabad soon. The shoot will likely go on for a long period of time in the city.

Earlier, the 3D epic drama was shot in Mumbai. Due to the second wave of the pandemic, the state government there locked down most of the non-essential activity, resulting in the makers of 'Adipurush' calling off the shoot.

Since things are much less worse in Hyderabad, it seems director Om Raut is planning to resume the production works in the city. 

However, as quoted by India Today, the news is unverified. It seems one can't arrive at any conclusion before there is an official word.

The film, which will hit the screens in August 2022, stars Kriti Sanon as Sita. Prabhas is expected to get a bigger market in North India if this film becomes a massive hit.
