'Adipurush' makes it to the Tribeca Festival

'Adipurush' is slated to hit the screens on June 16. Produced by Bhushan Kumar & Krishan Kumar of T-Series, Om Raut, Prasad Sutar, and Rajesh Nair of Retrophiles, the film has got a shot in the arm.
The news is that the film's world premiere will be held three days before its theatrical release on June 13, in New York. The organizers of the Tribeca Festival have finalized the date of the screening.
Founded by Robert De Niro, Jane Rosenthal, and Craig Hatkoff in 2001, the festival has held its importance in the comity of the world's film industries since its inception. Since Prabhas' film has been made in 3D and is described as a visual feast, it has found its way into the festival.
Prabhas stated that he feels honored that his upcoming release has made it to the festival. "It's an absolute privilege to be a part of a project that mirrors the ethos of our nation," he added.
Director Om Raut is extremely delighted that his film, which upholds the Indian culture, has been chosen by the esteemed jury at Tribeca Festival.
