'Adipurush', the epic 3D action drama, is currently being shot in Mumbai. The latest schedule began on Tuesday. It's learned that director Om Raut is going to can important scenes involving Prabhas (playing Lord Rama) and Kriti Sanon (playing Sita) in the ongoing schedule.

"The schedule in Mumbai has been planned for long. It will come to an end in another two weeks or so," a source says.

The makers have set their eyes on August next year to release the pan-India movie. There will be no change in the release date. Sachet and Parampara Tandon of 'Kabir Singh' fame are its music directors.

Last month, Prabhas' 'Radhe Shyam' wrapped up its shoot. The film is now scheduled to hit the screens for Sankranthi 2022. As for 'Salaar', a schedule was shot recently in Hyderabad. Directed by Prashanth Neel, it had key scenes involving the 'Baahubali' hero and Shruti Haasan being shot. The film will hit the screens in April 2022.
