This March 30, Hindus across the world will be observing Sri Rama Navami. What better day than that to kick off the promotions for 'Adipurush', the Prabhas-starrer that narrates some key portions from the Ramayana?
Producer Bhushan Kumar on Tuesday announced that the promotions for his movie will be begun in style on March 30.
In multiple ways and through various creative platforms, the film's pan-India hero, Kriti Sanon (who plays Sita), and Saif Ali Khan (who plays Ravana) will be promoting the pan-India multi-lingual release in the run-up to the film's release on June 16.
Today, director Om Raut reached Mata Vaishno Devi temple in Kashmir to seek divine blessings for promotions. "Give me good fortune, health and supreme happiness. Give me form, give me victory, give me fame, and defeat the enemies. Jai Mata Di. Jai Shri Ram!! (sic)," the director tweeted.
In a recent interview, cinematographer Karthik Palani stated that almost the entire film is a blue-screen outing. The VFX-heavy movie is produced by Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar of T-Series, besides Om Raut, Prasad Sutar and Rajesh Nair of Retrophiles in association with UV Creations.
