'Adhugo' Trailer: Bunty, the one-man army

'Adhugo', written and directed by Ravi Babu, is backed by Suresh Productions. Featuring a piglet as a central character, the film's trailer is out.
Touted to be the first first live-action 3D animation entertainer featuring a photo-realistic piglet, the film has its task cut out. However, the trailer is pretty much amateurish, to put it gently. "India's first live-action 3D superstar, Bunty" is hardly pathbreaking, at least in the trailer.
We are told the film has a story with 440 volts emotion, but there is no trace of the same here. There are some funny gangs and all, though. There is a heart-touching love story in the film, we are told. But the trailer offers a heroine (Nabha Natesh) who slaps and that's all. Abhishek Varma is the hero.
We are told there is "thrilling suspense" but when two guys open a box, it's empty and they say that's what is the suspense! Is the film trolling itself in a parallel world?
As for "power-packed dialogue", those under the age of 10 might find them powerful.
The film will be a Dasara release and will be dubbed in major non-Telugu Indian languages as 'Bunty'.
Produced by Ravi Babu (who is the film's writer and director) under A Flying Frog, Ravi Babu, Uday Bhaskar, RK, and Virender Chowdary are part of the cast. Screenplay is by Satyanand. Music is by Prashanth R Vihar. Cinematography is by N Sudhakar Reddy.
