The prominent distributor Kannada cinema Doddanna with over four decades of stint is turning director from 'Chathura'. The film in Bhagyalakshmi Combines is starting in May and distributor Doddanna ha roped in top actor Adhitya in the lead role. Bhumika is the heroine. Ramesh Bhat, Avinash, Bimbika, Tennis Krishna, Sadhu Kokila are also in the cast.

Distributor of nearly 80 films this Doddanna is known as Military Doddanna has produced 18 short films after serving military for some time.

Military Doddanna for his maiden direction has penned the story and screenplay. Maruthi Mirajkar music and Venki is the cameraman.

Actor Adhitya with a series of films on hand and most of them with anti image depicting – Rascal, Villain, Rebel gets a very nice title ‘Chathura’ this time.
