Simbu's 'Anbanavan Asaradhavan Adangadhavan' directed by Adhik Ravichandran hit the screens a few months back to a disappointing reception from fans and critics alike. The film's loss ended up hurting producers financially.
However, the director of the film Adhik along with the film’s producer Michael Rayappan have broken their silence after six months coming out with accusations on the actor talking to presspersons yesterday.
Stating that originally the film was planned to be shot from Dubai to Kasi, Adhik lamented that he wasn’t able to do so because of Simbu's non-cooperation. "Due to this, scenes with Tamannaah and Shreya weren't shot properly with call sheets going waste resulting in heavy loss for the producer," Adhik stated.
The film’s producer Michael Rayappan stated that after receiving advance Simbu has took the film’s full control and also that he wanted the film’s release to happen just after 35% of the film’s completion. “Simbu should reimburse the incurred loss. More than 20 crores have been incurred as loss due to this film,” Michael said.
The case is not singular. Frequent news of the actor dropping in late to shooting spots have been common knowledge before this as well. Stay updated with Indiaglitz for the latest entertainment news as it happens.
