Adah Sharma, who was famously seen in Puri Jagannadh's 'Heart Attack' and the thriller 'Kshanam', has bagged a female lead's role in Rajasekhar's upcoming investigative thriller, 'Kalki'. And the 'Commando' actress is gung-ho.

"My next Telugu film will be 'KALKI'. I always try to do something different and like 'Heart Attack', 'Son Of Sathyamurthy', and 'Kshanam', I hope I can bring something new to this film too! I am super happy to be the leading lady in a film directed by Prasanth Varma," she writes. Prasanth this year debuted with the multi-genre 'AWE!'.

"I am doing a period film after '1920' and Rajasekhar garu and a producer like C Kalyan will bring the grand scale that is required for a film like this. Thrilled that they chose me to play the leading lady. Can't wait to start. Need all your love and blessings," Adah further writes.

Nandita Swetha and Scarlett Wilson are the other two female leads in 'Kalki'.
