Laila the very name conjures up images of energy and cute facial expressions she performed in several Tamil movies during the nineties and the new millennia.  Her biggest commercial hit was 'Dheena' directed by A.R. Murugadoss in which she paired opposite Thala Ajith.  Laila has taken to Instagram to share a hitherto unknown secret when shooting for the film.

Laila is married to businessman Mehdin and has two children and she recently announced her comeback to Tamil cinema in a new movie 'Alice' directed by  Mani Chandru and costarring "BIgg Boss' fame Raiza Wilson.
