Actress and 'Big Boss 2' contestant Yashika Anand was severely injured in a car accident three months ago in which one of her close friends was killed on the spot. She suffered multiple bone fractures and was under treatment at a private hospital for several weeks before being discharged.

Yashika devastated by the death of her friend Vallichetti Pavani had been posting photos with her on social media and mourning her loss. She was also bedridden and had to relieve herself through tubes.

A new video that Yashika has posted on Instagram has shown that she is now up on her feet and slowly trying to walk. She wrote an emotional note "Baby steps 95 days of hope , prayers and strong will !! Hope to get back stronger on my feet without any support...Thankyou doctors for taking care of me so well".

Following this, the fans have been congratulating Yashika Anand on her speedy recovery and the fact that she is back to normal. This video is currently going viral.

Yashika has also received praise for her performance in a matured role in the upcoming movie 'Kadamaiayai Sei' starring S.J. Suryah which is getting ready for release soon.
