Actress Vanitha Vijayakumar the eldest daughter of veteran actor Vijayakumar and his late wife Manjula found fame through ‘Bigg Boss Tamil 3’ hosted by Kamal Haasan. Since then she has found success both in Television and cinema starring in a number of serials, reality shows and movies.
Vanitha’s daughter Jovika recently celebrated her 18th birthday fans who saw the youngster’s photos commented that Tamil cinema has got another heroine. Her proud mother meanwhile has apparently confirmed the same. “My daughter Jovika is sure to act in cinema, we have been hearing stories. We are looking at whether the heroine has a good character and storyline rather than who the hero of the film is. An official announcement can be expected soon.”
Vanitha also revealed that Jovika has studied for a year at the prestigous Anupam Kher Acting Training Institute in Mumbai. The ex- students of the school include Deepika Padukone, Preity Zinta, Hrithik Roshan and Varun Dhawan. Fans are congratulating Jovika on her proposed debut on social media.
