Former actress Vanitha Vijayakumar is the eldest daughter of Vijayakumar and the late actress Manjula. Yesterday actor Vijayakumar lodged a complaint at the Maduravoyal police station that his daughter hired a house owned by the family in Alapakkam for shooting but refuses to leave claiming the property is hers. The cops entered the house last night and evicted Vanitha and arrested eight of her friends who were present there. Speaking to newsmen Vanitha claimed that the house belongs to her mother and she is the sole heir to it even though she has two younger sisters Preetha and Sreedevi Vijayakumar. Vanitha who made her acting debut opposite Vijay in 'Chandralekha' claims that she now has nowhere to go and is left in the streets with just the nigh dress she is wearing. The rest of her family members however make allegations that the ex-actress is trying to use illegal methods to sieze the property which belongs to all of them.
