Actress and Bigg Boss star Vanitha Vijayakumar got married to one Peter Paul on June 27th at a private ceremony but the very next day Paul's first wife Elisabeth lodged a police complaint that she is not divorced and has been insisting that she and her two children want him back.  Producer Ravindar and one Surya Devi have been supporting Elisabeth which has irked Vanitha and she lodged a police complaint at Porur Chennai.

In her complaint, Vanitha had accused Surya Devi of being a drug peddler and also submitted an audio proof for the same.  She also insisted taking action on Ravindar and actor Nanjil Vijayan stating that they were in cohorts with Surya Devi in tarnishing her image.

Meanwhile Surya Devi lodged a counter-complaint at Vadapalani police station that Vanitha Vijayakumar is slandering her.  The Porur police then shifted the case to Vadapalani and on Thursday night Vanitha appeared at the station with her lawyer.

Vanitha had tweeted "Going to all women police station vadapalani for my complaint enquiry against suriya devi and ravindran. Commissioner of police has given orders for immediate enquiry case diverted from porur ps"

The police reportedly made an inquiry regarding the case to Vanitha Vijayakumar including about her marriage to Peter Paul and the controversies and recorded her statement.  What action the police are going to take or whether a compromise will be made between the parties will be known soon according to sources.
