Is this Tamannaah Bhatia’s role in ‘Jailer’? – Surprising details

Superstar Rajinikanth’s new movie ‘Jailer’ went on floors in Chennai on August 22nd and currently action scenes are being shot choreographed by Stun Siva and team.  A set of the Semmencheri Police Station has been erected and most of the action is taking place there.

Sun Pictures which is bankrolling ‘Jailer’ has officially announced that Ramya Krishnan, Yogi Babu, Vasanth Ravi and Vinayakan are on board.  There are many other big stars in the project who will be revealed soon.

We broke the news to you first that Tamanaah Bhatia is also part of ‘Jailer’ and initially it was said that she will be playing Rajini’s pair.  Now a surprising info has come that the pretty actress will only be playing an extended cameo and will appear in the flashback portions.  It is unclear whether she will play the hero’s wife or daughter but sources say Tammy agreed for the small role just to  fulfill her long time dream of sharing screen space with Thalaivar.

‘Jailer’ is directed by Nelson Dilipkumar with Anirudh scoring the music and Vijay Karthik Kannan handling the camera.  It is said that the subject contains the perfect mix of Rajini’s mass and Nelson’s dark humour and will be a milestone film in Tamil cinema.
