It's Onam season and most of the Malayalis would have had cheat meal week as nobody can resist the delicious Sadhya. With all the Payasam and a variety of delicacies, it is obvious that most of us would have consumed some extra calories. Like every Keralite, actress Ssshiva too had a blast with her family this Onam. However, the actress has returned to her fitness routine to shed all those calories. Considering the pandemic situation, the actress opted to do yoga at home. The actress did 108 rounds of the Surya Namaskar and has shared a photo of her post-workout look. The actress also added that it was actor Unni Mukundan's workout posts that were the source of her inspiration.
Sharing the pictures, Sshivada wrote, “After a week of onam celebration with heavy sadhya and payasam (cheat week indeed) decided to get back to my workout routine. Did 108 rounds of Surya Namaskar in 1 hour and 9 minutes.Its been more than a year since I did 108 rounds continously. Must say that there was a conflict between my body and my mind ????When my body said I can't my mind said I will.So I decided to go for it ...Must say that your work out posts are my source of inspiration @iamunnimukundan ??” .
