Shruti answered him by pointing to her nose which shut him up. The 36 year old opened up about her surgery in an Instagram post as early as February 2020 itself. A part of it reads "I’m happy to say this is my life my face and yes I’ve had plastic surgery which I’m not ashamed to admit. Do I promote it ? No am I against it ?
