Actress Shriya Saran got hitched to the Russian Tennis player Andrei Koscheev in 2018. There were speculations for the past few months in the media claiming that the star is pregnant. Now, Shriya has finally put a full stop to the pregnancy rumours by announcing that the pair is blessed with a baby girl.

The couple moved to Barcelona and spent the past few years in Barcelona amid lockdown due to the novel coronavirus. Shriya moved back to India with her husband in August. She took to social media app Roposo today, October 11, to reveal that they welcomed their first child earlier this year.

The enchanting actress has shared the big news with the fans by posting a video that shows the couple playing with the little munchkin. The clip also featured pictures of Shriya from 2020 while she was pregnant. The actress has revealed that while the world was going through a tough time in 2020, her world changed as she was blessed with a little angel.

Revealing about her daughter, Shriya Saran wrote, "Hello people , we had a crazy but the most beautiful 2020 quarantine . While the whole world was going through a beautiful turmoil , our world changed for ever …. To a world full of adventures , excitement and learning. We are blessed to have an Angel in our life . We are so grateful to god."

Shriya and Andrei have now announced the new phase of their life as they embrace parenthood for the first time. On the work front, Shriya will be next seen in SS Rajamouli's 'RRR'. Besides the magnum opus motion picture, she will also be seen in the Kollywood film 'Naragasooran' directed by Karthick Naren.
