While other filmmakers are releasing their films on OTT platforms, actress Shakeela and her team, for the first time in the Telugu film industry, released their movie through a website on the film's name. Ahead of the release of Shakeela's latest film 'Ladies Not Allowed', the actress made emotional statements and requested everyone to watch the movie. She also strictly warned women to not watch the film.
Talking about the movie, Shakeela said that she had invested a huge sum of money by lending from financiers. Though the movie's shoot was completed two years ago, they couldn't clear the censor formalities. It was further pushed due to the corona pandemic. As theatres also remain closed, the film is being released through OTT platforms.
'Ladies Not Allowed' is an adult comedy-horror film directed by Sai Ram Dasari and presented by actress Shakeela. The film is co-produced by Kavali Ramesh, Vikrant Reddy, Shakeela with music by Sri Mitra and cinematography by Tarun Karanthod. KR Swamy is the film editor.
The audience can watch the movie by paying rupees 50. The film was released on July 20 at 8 pm.
