Sameera Reddy has made very few films in Tamil but has made a strong impact in 'Vaaranam Aayiram' with Suriya, 'Asal' with Thala Ajith and 'Vedi' with Vishal and 'Vettai' with Madhavan. She married businessman Akshai Varde in 2014 and her son Hans Varde was born in 2015. The "Nenjukkul Peithidum Vaan Mazhai" girl gave birth to her daughter Nyra in July.

Sameera has done the near-impossible as she has taken her two-month-old baby on a tough adventure. She has posted a video and written " "Attempted climbing to Mullayanagiri Peak with Nyra strapped on! I stopped midway because I was so out of breath ! 6300 ft high it's the tallest Peak in Karnataka! So many messages from New moms saying they are inspired to travel and I'm thrilled my travel stories are getting such a positive response!"

Sameera has added "It's very easy to feel low post-baby and I'm super determined to not let it get me down! For moms asking I did not express, I just fed her on-demand everywhere! Less fuss and easy to travel this way!" Well, that should surely be a great start for little Nyra to take bold steps just like her mother in the future.
