On the professional front Samantha's next 'Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kadhal' is hitting screens worldwide on April 28th. The film directed by Vignesh Shivan has Vijay Sethupathi and Nayanthara as her costars. Her Telugu film 'Yashoda' is also nearing completion after which she will move to the big projects mentioned above.
