Actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu has had a mixed bag of fortunes in the past twelve months. Personally she announced her divorce from her husband actor Naga Chaitanya after four years of marriage. On the professional front though she has been giving one hit after the other.

Firstly her performance in her debut web series 'The Family Man 2' won her Best Actress Awards while her appearance in the item song "Oo Antava" in 'Pushpa' was one of the reasons the film became a pan Indian blockbuster hit. She followed it up with the box office hit 'Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kadhal' directed by Vignesh Shivan in which she overshadowed Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi.

Meanwhile the teaser of Samantha's appearance as a guest in the seventh season of the popular Koffee With Karan hosted by Karan Johar is out. The clip shows Karan asking Sam about marriage and divorce to which she replies that he is the reason for "Unhappy Marriages".

Samantha then explains that he has made people beleive that life and romance is like his film 'Khabi Khushi Khabi" while in reality it is like 'KGF' referring to the violent action film directed by Prashanth Neel and starring Yash. Looks like the pretty actress will reveal much more about what went wrong in her marriage with Naga Chaitanya when her episode airs.

"Koffee With Karan 7" is all set to stream on Disney Plus Hotstar from July 7th with top celebrity guests list that includes Anil Kapoor, Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt and Janhvi Kapoor among others.
