Top South Indian actress Sai Pallavi's latest photos with her family wearing traditional Badaga attire has gone viral on the internet. She celebrated the Hethaiyamman Festival in her hometown in Kothagiri in the Nilgiris District. Lakhs of Badagas gather every year to celebrate the function to glorify their deity which is replete with sumptous vegetarian meals and the famous Badaga traditional dance.

Sai Pallavi's younger sister Pooja Kannan who is also a dancer and actress is also seen in the pics with her ever smiling poses. The pretty girl made her debut as the lead actress in 'Chithirai Sevvanam' in which the famous stunt choreographer Stunt Silva debuted as director.

Sai Pallavi who started her career as a dancer in a reality show reportedly developed her impeccable talent by watching the dances of actresses like Aishwarya Rai, Madhuri Dixit. At the same time she was a topper in school and went on to learn medicine at the prestigous Tbilisi State Medical University in Georgia.

Later, she got an opportunity to act as Malar teacher in the blockbuster romance film 'Premam' and the restas they say is history. The 30 year old is now one of the most sought after actresses in Telugu cinema. Her performances in her latest films 'Aneethi Kathaigal', 'Virata Parvam' and 'Gargi' have received critical praise as well as commercial success.

Sai Pallavi will next star as Sivakarthikeyan's pair in 'SK 21'/'SK24' produced by Kamal Haasan and directed by Rajkumar Periyasamy. She is also said to be making her Bollywood debut this year playing the role of Sita in a major production.
