Tanushree Dutta, who boldly outed her Me Too story during last year's Me Too movement against sexual exploitation of woman, is aghast that the Mumbai police have decided to close her case against Nana Patekar, the versatile Bollywood actor. Remember that Dutta had said that Nana sexually misbehaved with her during the making of a film. The police have probed the case and have found no evidence to support her allegations.
"A corrupt police force and the legal system are giving a clean chit to an even more corrupt person (referring to Nana) who has been accused even in the past of bullying, intimidation, and harassment by several women in the film Industry," the former actress said in an outburst on Thursday.
Nana's lawyer has repeated that his client is totally innocent.
