Veteran actress and Nagari MLA Roja has shared on social media that she had a scary experience when the aeroplane that she was traveling in developed a technical glitch mid air. It is said that she was travelling from Rajamundhry to Tirupati in an Indigo flight also carrying 70 other passengers when the incident occurred.

It is said that the pilot diverted the flight to Bengaluru and made a safe landing there much to the sighs of relief from everyone on board. Roja posted a video from the flight stating that she and the other passengers did not know what was happening as the doors were tightly closed and it went on like that for four hours.

After deboarding the flight Roja alleged to television reporters that she experienced severe pain due to a recent surgery and requested the flight attendants to let her go but they did not oblige. She futher added that at first the passengers thought they were not able to land in Rajamundhry due to bad weather but only later came to know about the problem and everyone panicked.

The airlines has not responded to the allegations from Roja that its staff collected rupees five thousand from all the pasengers when they were allowed to deboard in Bengaluru.
