A strange incident of a youngster blackmailing and threatening to shoot a popular actress, in an attempt to make her agree to marry him and the police arriving and rescuing the actress from the person, has happened in Uttar Pradesh in a filmy way.

Bhojpuri popular actress Ritu Singh had been to Uttar Pradesh for shooting, and had been staying with the film crew in a star hotel, and in an unexpected event, a stranger had reached her room by night, and started blackmailing her at gunpoint to marry him. Following this, Ritu screamed, and as a person came to her help, the youngster shot him in his hand.

With the noise heard, the hotel staff alerted the police, who arrived and instructed the youngster to surrender, but the youngster shot at the police officers as well, and one of them luckily escaped. After a struggle for around 2 hours, the man was arrested, and after this incident, Ritu Singh and the film's team have canceled the shoot and have headed back home.
