Trisha has remained an evergreen heroine for close to two decades now and is showing no signs of slowing down as she has many new projects under her belt including 'Raangi', 'Sugar', 'Ram' and Mani Ratnam's mega multistarrer 'Ponniyin Selvan'.

One of Trisha's most memorable characters ever is Jessie in 'Vinnai Thaandi Varuvaya' directed by Gautham Menon in which her romantic scenes with Simbu are still celebrated by fans eleven years after its release. Isaipuyal A.R. Rahman scored heavenly music as well.

Fans have ever since been demanding for a sequel and GVM too during the COVID 19 lockdown in 2020 reunited with A.R. Rahman, Simbu and Trisha for 'Karthik Dial Seiytha Enn' the short film based on 'VTV'.

There has been talk of 'Vinnai Thaandi varuvayo 2' to happen and fans are expecting the cast and crew to reunite. However a young actress has posted a video calling attention to the sequel makers to consider her for the lead.

The actress in question is none other than 'Bigil' fame Reba Monica John and in the video she is dressed in the famous blue saree that Trisha wore in 'VTV' with a sleeveless blouse twist. She has added the caption "If ever VTV part 2 happens , you know who to call". Is GVM listening?

Meanwhile, Reba who was recently seen in the hit music video 'Kutty Pattas' with CWC fame Ashwin is acting with Vishnu Vishal in 'FIR' and a number of Malayalam flicks.
