Divya Spandana aka Ramya is a former actress.  A staunch Congress supporter, she has faithfully discharged her duties as a Congress social media head ever since Rahul Gandhi entrusted her the post.  

In recent days, however, she has been in the news for not-so-bright reasons.  The former MP of Mandya in Karnataka is said to be thinking of moving out of her house in Mandya.  On Sunday night, a journalist noticed that two trucks were carrying appliances, etc out of Ramya's house. 

Why is she vacating her residence?  The speculation is that she is miffed with her party for not giving her MP ticket in the recent by-elections to Mandya constituency.  Because of Congress' alliance with JDS, it went to the latter.  

Ramya had won from here in 2013 by-elections, only to lose in the 2014 General Elections.  She has been wishing to contest from here again.  It's said that she won't get a ticket even in 2019 General Elections.  So, she is believed to have lost interest in staying in Mandya.
