Priya Anand posts cute Happy Birthday message to herself with mesmerizing pics

Priya Anand is not only known for her neat and subtle performances as a leading lady in many films but also as one of the most bubbly and cheerful personalities offscreen.  Fans have enjoyed watching her in ‘Ethir Neechal’ opposite Sivakarthikeyan’, ‘Vanakkam Chennai’ opposite Mirchi Shiva. ‘Arima Nambi’ with Vikram Prabhu and recently in ‘LKG’ and ‘Aditya Varma’.

Today celebrating her 34th birthday Priya has posted a cute “Happy Birthday to me” message to herself and then has penned a long note which is truly inspiring and throws more light on her as an intelligent and compassionate human being.

Priya Anand’s post reads “Anyone who knows me knows that I am not the one to celebrate birthdays! But I can’t help but wake up feeling grateful for all that life has given and taught me over the years. Especially since Covid-19, there are people, places and things for which I have a newfound or renewed appreciation for. Every passing year has brought me closer to expressing my whole and healed self!”

The fun loving actress has added “I’ve learnt that the hardest things you will ever have to do in your life is to forgive someone who never apologized. You don’t need to do this for them; you do this for yourself. Hold on to your values that you so uniquely possess. Don’t be afraid to say the truth that you carry in your heart like a hidden treasure!

Priya has also shared a wonderful poem by  Edgar A. Guest. “An excerpt from the poem ‘Myself’ reminds me of one of the many wonderful things I’ve learnt from my Mother that has shaped who I am today.

I cannot hide myself from me;
I can see what others can never see;
I know what others can never know,
I cannot fool myself, and so
Whatever happens, I want to be
self-respecting and conscience free.

Thank you to all of you that thought of me today & everyday! I appreciate all your affection and lovely wishes.

Priya will next be seen in the upcoming romantic comedy ‘Sumo’ in which she is reuniting with Mirchi Shiva directed by Hoshimin and cinematographer by Rajiv Menon.  The film produced by Vels Films International has music by Nivas K Prasanna and also stars a real life wrestler Yoshinori Tashiro along with Yogi Babu.
