A 27-year-old actress has become a victim of an unscrupulous casting director.  The actress has discovered that her private pics have found their way into the Internet.

The shocked actress lodged a complaint with the Mumbai police who after investigation have arrested one Mahavir Tak alias Nakul, a casting director, for the crime. 

Here is how the crime had unfolded.  It is reported that the victim's boyfriend is also a casting director and Tak had paid him an advance of Rs 3 lakh to cast actors for an upcoming serial. However, the actress's boyfriend did not honor the agreement and no work was done.  This frustrated Tak, who demanded that his money be given back, something the man refused to do.

Tak then snatched the expensive mobile phone of the actress's boyfriend and it is from its photo gallery that he accessed the private photos of the couple.  He criminally uploaded the pics through fake accounts.
