Veteran actress Praveena is famous for her role as the heroine's mother in law in the hit serial 'Raja Rani 2' which is airing on Vijay TV. The serial has Alya Manasa and Siddhu in the lead roles and is a big hit amongst home viewers.

Sometime back Praveena who hails from Kerala lodged a police complaint against a fake Instagram account in her name on which morphed photos of her in intimate positions with one of her costars who plays her son in 'Raja Rani 2' was published.

Praveena had also complained that the fake account user also followed her Instagram account and sharing the same photos to her and also threatening her. Balram Upadhyay the City Commisioner has stated that his investigative team along with cyber crime department traced and found that a person from Kanyakumari in Tamil Nadu and another one from Delhi were behind the crime.

The police have reportedly nabbed both the perpetrators and have booked them under various sections. The case has created a sensation in the television industry .
